OtherDuel: Optional 'Wares

These are 'Wares that have undergone almost no testing (that is, even less than the ones not in this section), and probably need a total recosting, with possible other overhauls. Still, I'm personally interested in salvaging the ideas here for possible conversion to "official" 'Wares (in which sense they are all "Optional").
